The Community Mental Health Act: 50 Years of Progress
On October 23, 2013 mental health advocates came together to participated in a forum to discuss the impact of the Community Mental Health Act of 1963. Since that time, Caucus NJ has been working tirelessly to create a program that features interviews captured during that event. The half-hour special, titled “The Community Mental Health Act: 50 Years of Progress,” aired on NJTV on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 during the program “One-On-One.” The production included interviews with some of New Jersey’s most respected behavioral health and developmental disability leaders and advocates:
