VA Veteran Phone Support Group
Thursdays at 10 a.m. weekly. This is a telephone group, from the comfort of your own home. Trained mental health professionals from VA will lead guided meditation and relaxation sessions. VA will also be checking in with everyone on their level of stress and providing helpful coping tools. Science tells us that relaxation and reduction in stress helps strengthen our immune systems – that’s important right now! Leave a message with your last name and last four of your social security number so the doctor can locate your chart.

IFSS-NAMI Family Support Group
An open support group for families dealing with mental illness. COPING is a project provided by NAMI Middlesex County in its ongoing attempts to improve the quality of life for people with recurring mental illness and their families.

SAMHAJ (Understanding Mental Health) provides support, education and advocacy for South Asians affected by serious mental illness. South Asians of Asian Indian and Pakistani origin, as well as those from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, and the Maldives are welcome to seek support and information from SAMHAJ.
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a 60 minute support group for adults (18+) with a mental health condition. Participants gain the support of peers who understand their experience and gain insight into others’ challenges and successes.

Meetings are peer led by trained volunteers that address the concerns of family members, friends, and loved ones with mental health conditions. Masks are not required and will be up to the individual.
