Join NAMI Union County on October 24th for an in person eye-opening evening with the NJ Mental Health Players. Trained volunteers use interactive role plays to explore mental health issues, challenging the audience’s perceptions.

Holidays can bring not only joy but also reflection, sadness, loneliness, and anxiety for some. Even holiday enthusiasts can experience the blues due to the emotional demands of the season. Individuals with preexisting mental health conditions are more vulnerable to holiday-related depression, with 64% reporting worsened conditions, according to NAMI.

During this event, you will:

– Gain insight into mental health and the impact of bullying.
– Engage in interactive discussions about holiday-related challenges.
– Share self-care, resilience, and healing strategies.
– Access mental health resources and support information.

Don’t miss this opportunity to better understand mental health issues.
