NAMI Middlesex Young Adult Social Club (YASC)
YASC is on a mission to make friends. We are a recreational group in Middlesex County for anyone over 18 with an emotional or behavioral challenge. Every time we get together, we find a bite to eat and something to do like a walk in the park, bowling, or just hanging out at the mall. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays most months, depending on holidays and inclement weather!

Then, on April 24th, from 1-3:30, we’ll meet at Rutgers Gardens, at 130 Log Cabin Road in New Brunswick. We’ll do a little hiking and grab some pizza. Maybe this rain will stop by then!

On April 30th, we’re not have an official event, but we wanted everyone to know that’s when Rutgers Day is. Volunteers with NAMI NJ are needed! Send me an email if you can do that. You can also stop by our usual table with NAMI Middlesex on College Ave in the Community Zone. Here’s more info in case you’re interested in attending!
