NAMI Middlesex Young Adult Social Club (YASC)
YASC is on a mission to make friends. We are a recreational group in Middlesex County for anyone over 18 with an emotional or behavioral challenge. Every time we get together, we find a bite to eat and something to do like a walk in the park, bowling, or just hanging out at the mall. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays most months, depending on holidays and inclement weather!

Then, on Saturday July 23rd from 1-4 pm we’d like you to join us for YAC Day at the Beach! Come to Manasquan and the beach badges are on us! We’ll enjoy the waves and some time in the sun with our friends. It would be a good idea to eat lunch earlier or bring a few bucks for food. If you have a ride, feel free to arrive early or stay late! It should be a great day.
