NAMI Middlesex Young Adult Social Club (YASC)

​YASC is on a mission to make friends. We are a recreational group in Middlesex County for anyone over 18 with an emotional or behavioral challenge. Every time we get together, we find a bite to eat and something to do like a walk in the park, bowling, or just hanging out at the mall.  We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays most months, depending on holidays and inclement weather!

Hi Friends,

We’re hoping you can join the Young Adult Club this Saturday, July 23rd, for a fun day at Manasquan beach.

We’ll be meeting from 1-4 pm, wearing lotion, drinking plenty of water, and doing our best to keep cool.  The forecast is for 90 degrees and sun, so be safe in the heat and the traffic!  If you have chairs or umbrellas, please bring them.  As members of YAC may remember, we’ll be meeting at my place, walking down to the beach, and enjoying the sand and surf.  The beach badges are on us, but if you want to eat at the beach, bring a few bucks for a snack.
