NAMI Middlesex Young Adult Social Club (YASC)

​YASC is on a mission to make friends. We are a recreational group in Middlesex County for anyone over 18 with an emotional or behavioral challenge. Every time we get together, we find a bite to eat and something to do like a walk in the park, bowling, or just hanging out at the mall.  We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays most months, depending on holidays and inclement weather!

I hope this sees you well as we get ready for another holiday season with NAMI and the Young Adult Club!

First, we want to invite you to Menlo Mall in Edison at 55 Parsonage Rd this Sunday 11/13 from 1-3:30 pm.  We’ll meet at the Rainforest Cafe at 1 pm, and if you’re a little late, meet us in the food court.  We’ll be hanging out and shopping until 3:30.  Here’s the website: https://www.simon.com/mall/menlo-park-mall
