NAMI Middlesex Young Adult Club (YAC)

​YAC is on a mission to make friends. We are a recreational group in Middlesex County for anyone over 18 with an emotional or behavioral challenge. Every time we get together, we find a bite to eat and something to do like a walk in the park, bowling, or just hanging out at the mall.  We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays most months, depending on holidays and inclement weather!

We would like you to join us for Jingle Mingle, our annual holiday party, December 15th from 5 – 7:30 p.m. You have to register, so please call IFSS at 732-235-6184! There will be games, prizes, and dinner, check out the attached flyer! We hope you can join us!
