NAMI Middlesex Young Adult Club (YAC)

​YAC is on a mission to make friends. We are a recreational group in Middlesex County for anyone over 18 with an emotional or behavioral challenge. Every time we get together, we find a bite to eat and something to do like a walk in the park, bowling, or just hanging out at the mall.  We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays most months, depending on holidays and inclement weather!

Happy New Year! Hope it’s been good to you so far
We wanted to make sure that we were ready for an exciting year with Young Adult Club.  We are meeting on Sunday, January 22nd, we’ll be meeting at Grand Slam in South Plainfield for Laser Tag, Video Games and Batting Cages from 1-3!  We’ll be ordering pizza too.  The address is 910 Oak Tree Rd South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
