NAMI Middlesex Young Adult Club (YAC)

​YAC is on a mission to make friends. We are a recreational group in Middlesex County for anyone over 18 with an emotional or behavioral challenge. Every time we get together, we find a bite to eat and something to do like a walk in the park, bowling, or just hanging out at the mall.  We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays most months, depending on holidays and inclement weather!

This Sunday, September 24th from 1-3:30, Young Adult Club will be meeting in Bicentennial Park in East Brunswick. The address is 176 Hardenburg Lane in East Brunswick, and it’s right off Riva Ave. We will be in Grove A.
