NAMI Middlesex Young Adult Club (YAC)

​YAC is on a mission to make friends. We are a recreational group in Middlesex County for anyone over 18 with an emotional or behavioral challenge. Every time we get together, we find a bite to eat and something to do like a walk in the park, bowling, or just hanging out at the mall.  We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays most months, depending on holidays and inclement weather!

We are scaring up a Halloween Party with our friends from Casual Outing at the Second Reformed Church in Highland Park on Tuesday, October 24 from 6:30 to 8:30. Find us in the CAVE in the basement for delicious food, music, costume contests, and Halloween activities!
