Join us as we have distinguished speaker Dr. Pierluigi Mancini speak in the morning about implicit bias in behavioral health care. After the webinar, participants will be able to identify signs of implicit bias , understand risk factors associated with implicit bias and they will learn strategies for reducing the effects of implicit bias on behavior.

Our four afternoon workshops will feature NAMI NJ’s four multicultural programs and conversations regarding unique challenges and facilitators for mental health care in our diverse communities: AACT-NOW (African American), CAMHOP (Chinese), NAMI NJ en Español (Hispanic/Latinx) and SAMHAJ (South Asian).
