Join us for a presentation on “Holiday Stress and Depression” by Dr. Alan Groveman, Ph.D., ABPP, and learn how to enjoy the holidays for yourself and your loved one with mental illness. Dr. Groveman (“Dr. G”) has been a licensed New Jersey Psychologist since 1980. He completed post-doctoral fellowships at the Institute for Rational-Emotive Therapy and the Rusk Institute for Rehabilitation – NYU Medical School. Dr. Groveman has served as the President of the NJ Psychological Association and is the immediate past chair of the NJ State Board of Psychological Examiners. He is a Board-Certified Couple and Family Psychologist by the American Board of Professional Psychology. Dr. Groveman is an Associate Professor at Seton Hall University and the Director of their Marriage and Family Therapy Master’s Program. Opportunities for questions and answers will follow.
