Miguel Manalo, who experienced the challenges of growing up with a mother with untreated schizophrenia, now seeks to transform his personal journey into a source of advocacy, inspiration and support. The webinar will begin with Miguel sharing his original story, followed by a reflection on the insights, wisdom, and coping skills he has acquired since then. Subsequently, they will facilitate an open discussion, encouraging participants to exchange experiences, raise questions, and connect on a personal level regarding the challenges of supporting loved ones with mental illness.
