Tuesday, December 19 – Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS) of Middlesex County in collaboration with NAMI of Middlesex County presents a “Gentle Yoga & Meditation” wellness program, which will be held from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. Join them for gentle yoga stretches, breathing, and meditation to help you relax and de-stress at this busy time of year! NAMI Basics

NAMI Basics is a free, 6-session education program for parents and other family members who provide care for youth (age 22 or younger). Learn more about the course

 

Casual Outing Club:

The Casual Outing Club is a program that provides social gatherings for adults who are interested in recreational and social activities. The events take place the 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at The Reform Church, Highland Park. Contact: NAMI Middlesex at 732-745-0709.

 

Young Adult Club:

Our Young Adult Club provides recreational opportunities and fellowship. The events are generally held on the 2nd and 4th Sunday afternoon of every month in Middlesex County, and range from bowling, to mini-golf, movies and picnics in the park.
